BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

Hyperteck Electrical Services Limited started operations in 1998. The company was founded in the belief that it could play a significant role in Kenya’s development into the new Millennium. With that vision as a guide, the company began from humble beginnings with a few casual clients and has rapidly grown and diversified to include Corporate Clients and Government Agencies. These clients act as our referees on the quality, efficiency and reliability of the work that we do.

In the time that we have been in business, our growth has been steady and sure. For example, our project handling capacity has increased from Kshs 2 Millions in 1998 to Kshs 100 Millions currently. Our staff population has also increased from 4 employees currently to over 40 fulltime staff and a bigger number of casual laborers. Our operations spread from Nairobi to cover most parts of Kenya and even spills over to other countries including Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)

OUR CORE BUSINESS

At Hyperteck Electrical services Ltd, we specialize in the sale, installation and servicing of Polkar Generators. From 5-2000KVa, we are the preferred company for any consultations on Generators in Kenya.

But we don’t just sell generators. We also ensure that we go an extra mile in offering a total solution to your power needs. This is based on the understanding that a system is not a solution until and unless it has met ALL the clients’ needs – whether be it at commercial or residential premises. In our endeavor to offer sustainable power solutions, Hyperteck Electrical Services Ltd has developed a systematic procedure as highlighted below:

• We first carry out a survey at the site where work is to be carried out.
• The survey enables us to carry out a suitability analysis of the site and its viability in respect to integration, expansion, reliability, serviceability and the cost.
• Next we give our proposal with the provision for further discussion with the aim of suiting all the client’s requirements.
• On agreement with the client, our Project Manager takes over with a technical team that is adequately trained and experienced to guarantee best installation and termination services.

OUR TEAM

Hyperteck staff are thoroughly trained and well informed in their areas of expertise. The company equips staff with the best tools in the business and empowers them with knowledge in the latest technology in the market. Our staff are highly experienced and professionally qualified. To maintain the highest level of operational excellence, we insist that all technical field staff be graduates from recognized institutions of higher learning with Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering as mandatory qualification and be registered with the Ministry of Energy. We encourage team effort by facilitating team building activities in the office, in the field, and even on casual social venues away from the work environment. We invest in our staff through training and properly remunerating skill, competence and excellence. We have adequate communication channels open between the company management and staff as a means of encouraging dialogue.
